- Dozen eggs
- Water (1C)
Equipment
Instant Pot + trivet
Prep
- Place trivet in the bottom of the instant pot
- Add 1 C water
- Add eggs to the trivet (carefully, one at a time)
Cook

Set Instant Pot
- Pressure cook
- 6 minutes
- Natural venting

Prepare your preferred cool-down method:
- Ice bath
- Seal-able container

Once pressure cooking time has elapsed, wait 3 minutes

Release pressure

Cool down the eggs using one of the following methods
- Ice Bath
- Transfer eggs to the ice bath
- Once cool, transfer eggs to a clean kitchen towel on the counter to air-dry
- Fridge
- Transfer the eggs to a seal-able container
- Seal it and put the container in the fridge
- Ice Bath
